A modern industrial website for Rigorous

Rigorous builds turnkey robotic systems for high-mix manufacturing. The new rigorous.co reflects the precision and discipline behind that work, with a modern industrial look, fast page loads and better accessibility.

Mobile-first design, powered by a headless CMS

We designed and built a modular system of more than 40 custom components that can be combined into an endless variety of pages. Product highlights, data visualizations, feature grids and content blocks were all made to work together, so the team can build new pages freely without the site losing its consistency.

01 / Components

Every component is fully responsive, so the site feels intentional on desktop, tablet and mobile alike. The result is a design system that supports growth, experimentation and new content without needing a redesign.

The safety path

A bold yellow safety path leads visitors through the homepage, inspired by the painted walkways on industrial warehouse floors. The animated line connects each section, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to safety, precision and smart automation.

04 / The safety path

As visitors scroll, the path redraws itself to fit any screen size or layout. Small yellow glints along the content borders add moments of energy, turning a simple navigational device into a signature brand element.

Design exploration and prototyping

One direction that didn’t make the cut took a bolder approach, with stronger safety-zone graphics, higher contrast and a more expressive visual style. A 3D robotic arm in the hero turned as you scrolled, adding energy and depth.

The Control Center

Alongside the marketing site, we partnered with Rigorous to design and develop their customer-facing control panel. The dashboard gives operators real-time insight into their systems, pairing industrial clarity with modern UX. Performance metrics, run rates, shift-level analytics and CPU monitoring turn complex automation data into information operators and teams can read at a glance and act on.
